U.S. President Trump apparently has no idea about kidneys or he doesn’t really know what they are.
Last week, Trump signed an executive order that aims to incentivise in-home dialysis, encourage kidney donations, and prevent kidney decline in the first place.
But while unveiling the policy in a speech, Trump said something odd about the vital organ’s anatomical whereabouts.
“You’ve worked so hard on the kidney,” Trump said. He then added, “Very exceptionally. The kidney has a special place in my heart. It is an incredible thing,” which is most certainly not where it’s located.
Right after this, Twitter was having a ball with everyone making fun of his poor knowledge. Here is how Trump got trolled on Twitter.
“As a former surgeon, the only time I've seen the kidney having a ‘special place in the heart’ was after a fall from a 6-story building.”
“Trump thinks the kidney is part of the heart, I kidney you not.”
“Trump is a stable genius who believes the ‘kidneys have a special place in the heart’. Stable genius indeed!”
