Grilled Marinated Ribeyes

· 2 eggs
· ½ kg ground beef
· 1 diced onion
· 2 tablespoons oregano
· ½ teaspoon salt
· ½ teaspoon pepper
· 1 jar marinara sauce
· 1 cup water
· 30g ricotta cheese
· ½ cup parmesan cheese
· 12 lasagna noodles
· 2 cups mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 190°C. In a skillet, cook meat until no longer pink. Add onion, oregano, salt, pepper and continue to cook until onion is cooked through. Add marinara sauce and a cup of water. Stir and bring to boil. Remove from heat and set aside. In a bowl combine the ricotta cheese, one tablespoon oregano, eggs, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well. In a baking dish, assemble your lasagna. Lay noodles over meat sauce. Next, layer it with ricotta mixture and ½ cup of the mozzarella. Repeat until you have four layers, end with ricotta and mozzarella cheese. Bake in the oven for about an hour.
